The Story of the Incorporation and founding of HM GIS (Holding) is very interesting.

HM GIS (Holding) Ltd. was incorporated on or rather found on the 23rd March 2012.

Why is their story very interesting?
Their incorporation story is very interesting as the co founders did something unusual.

The founders were IT specialists, at that time one was working with Saba Software. They founded this company as a maps company or a Ordnance Survey service provider or partner. This company that they founded got the license for Ordnance Survey Data and started to use that data and create maps and then sell them to individuals, and organizations

Instead of the founders starting a tech company they started a maps company, but that was due to the mind-blowing fact that at that time, there were thousand of customers buying maps for all sort of things.
For example:
- Planning Permissions
- Topography
- Directions
- Surveying
- Boundary managements

Until this day the company holds the license.

HM GIS (Holding) Ltd. intended to start providing services to massive IT or Technology companies such as Saba Software and Vodafone.

The company provided services such as Program and Project Management

Until this day the company provides services to major companies in the UK and world wide.
